Default Excalibur string tighten question

How do i tighten my string on my excal so its between the 2 lines on the rail?

Take one end off and while looking at the loose end of the string turn it counter clockwise.

Ive allways turn it twords me witch I guess is as said counter clockwise.When I cock mine with the stinger I just undue the right side and twist it a turn or two twords me.sometimes I go tofare and have to go clockwise to correct myself,but hay were talking Jim here .
