Default Vortex

Hi everyone I am fixing to be new to the world of Crossbow hunting. I am fixing to purchase my first bow. I am going to get the Excalibur Vortex package. I was just wondering where some of you guys have gotten the best deals at. Also is there anywhere that will let you substitute the Lumi zone scope for the vari zone scope and just pay the difference?

I bought my Vortex from BHSS and the link is below. At the time they had the best prices on the net and were around 125 bucks cheaper then Cabelas. They have really good prices on alot of products and have been my go to store for alot of hunting stuff.

Other than the obvious internet searches Dan Miller is the "Excalibur Man" of the USA. He's the most knowledgeable person on Excals there is. Danny's number is 740 483 2312. Tell him Don the string maker sent you. You want his Miller killer arrows and if you like the quiver attached to the bow then use his. If you buy from Danny you might be able to get a few extra strings(he makes them for Excalibur). Personally I would rather buy from Danny who is the Excal warranty depot than anyone else unless there is a big price difference. Darrel mentioned David/Wyvern. David is a really good guy and a really great guy to buy from. You can trust him and his word is gold. He certainly warrants checking out. These two guys will stand behind what they sell!

Good luck with the Vortex - I love mine. Tip, make sure you get the cocking device. It makes life easy.
