OK passed it's 60 and over Bill today. Now it just needs to get signed by the Governor and it is LAW!
It passed 93-1.

Another step in the right direction.

The Governor signed it yesterday. It is now legal for those 60 and over to use a crossbow in OK.

Thats great news Randy! Did the hunters do most of this or is it a heard management thing from the DNR driving it? Just curious on the direction of support.

I don't have a real good answer on that. I can tell you the crossbow industry had nothing to do with it. OK needs legislation for change, so it was either driven by the DNR or a constituant had his Representative write it up. The Oklahoma Crossbow Shooters Association was involved also.
