Got in the bush before the sun came up this morning only to hear the farmer fire up the combine and start ripping off rows right beside me.. No problem, I decided to fiddle with the luminated scope seeing how it was still pitch black, realized the whole back 3" of the scope was just bobbing around, can't say for sure if it changed the POI, sat in the rain for a bit then headed home, decided to put a twist on the string to bring the brace height up to speed and now the damn trigger wont engage the string... Safety is frozen in position.
I just got off the phone with Peter at Excal and am heading to the factory to see him with my bow to have it looked at, again. They treat a guy pretty good in there but this is my third trip!
I had the day booked off anyways so the hour trip to Excalibur isn't a big deal and it will give me a chance to drop into the Bow Shop too.. Not my best day in the woods, thats for sure.
I have about had it with these cheap scopes.

Don't have a clue about the scope, but w/ safety on, string won't/can't engage. Bummer, should have been fairly decent hunting w/ combine knocking the corn down. Hope it all works out well for ya, if I lived in Canda, I'd ding my Excals up once in awhile just to be able to visit the factory, you lucky dog!! lol. I know where one of Millers Leupolds is at in Toronto. Don't want to give his name out on the net, but it's probably in a BMW glove box, lol.
New scope is on, 4th time is a charm!
No idea what happened with the trigger, I think he took it in the back and whacked it with a hammer.. I was ready to do the same. It just wouldn't go to "safe", seemed to lock up half way down.
I need my scope set back up and there are 25MPH winds out there.

I haven't installed it on the Vixen yet. I was waiting for my Varizone to screw up more than it has so far (and I know it will sooner or later). I don't think I will be selling the Leupold in this lifetime. Besides it really isn't good in any low light at all. I like my rifle scopes that's for sure. No problems ever and I started using them with my carved tipped Exocet.

Well, with all my spare time from being pushed ffrom the woods I ended up doing an estimate for a guy, landed myself another chunk of hunting land.. Riverside again.
Now if only I wasn't spending so much time at work..
