Default Help!!!!!!! browning orion

im having some trouble finding this cross bow on the internet.

see my grandpa gave me this crossbow before i was born and he died before i could actually meet him.

so i was wondering if you guys could help me out see i have no idea how to site this thing in it looks like it has a peep site on it but it doesnt look adjustable. any information would help thanks. Oh yeah i need to know if 150 pound pull is alot or if i can get more.

Metal,
I am not 100% certain, but very close. I think that bow was made by Horton for Browning.
Call Horton and they should be able to get you set.

hope you have more luck with it than my buddy did. he tried to refurb one to give to his kid. the local horton dealer told him that horton no longer makes any compatible parts for it.

well guys it still works great all id ever need for it is mabee a new string and sight its still in tip top shape for me as long as it kills im fine with it

I think Randy is right. That CB, with the exception of the stock looks exactly like my old super mag. They may say they do not make parts for them under the browning name, but if you took it to a shop they should be able to measure the cables and string to get you set up. My old super mag is around fifteen years old and I can still get stuff for it. They probably are just wanting that bow to fade out and do not want to supply parts for it. The brackets on the end of the limbs look just like my super mag. Horton also makes a cam and cable upgrade kit for its older Horton's. When I put it on mine he just measured the limbs tip to tip and was not interested in the model or serial number, I bet a good shop could help you.
