RE: horton dail a range
I have been wanting to do this, but not wanted to do it so close to season and mess up dads hunt. There should be two springs in there. One is supposed to hold the dial in place so it does not free spin. Then there is another that helps hold the rear of the scope down. If you notice on your scope with the dial set on the 0 you should be able to lift the rear of the scope up. Then feel the spring pull the scope back down as you release it. I think what a guy needs to do is take the rod out that connects the dial to the rear of the scope. But seems like there is alotof people wanting to disable it. I would like to come up with a good way to post for you guys, but not wanting to screw dads hunts up. If you play with it let us know what you come up with.
