I did it. I gave the crapper back to Bass Pro shop. I cant say enough good about the Bass Pro in Memphis. They took it back without a reciept and it was also past the 30 day return policy without any grief whats so ever. I feel so much better now that I got rid of that thing.
Now the replacement:

I had worked out a deal with someone on a Pheonix and it fell through at the last minute. So I got a new crossbow at Basspro and I got a ...........
You gussed it a Dragon Slayer!!!!!!!!!!!!
I should get a chance to shoot it tomorrow. I will post my opinion. got to be better than the last..

Horton had problems with the string stoppers if I remember right. The first ones were to hard and broke his first string on them. Then the second ones they sent him liked to fallow the arrow when he shot! LOL!!

I got the Pheonix. I thought a Dragon Slayor was the Pheonix. I am now assuming it is a Excalibur. I have had some trouble posting a reply on here since the changes that were done a few days ago.....

This exactly what happened except the stoppers were too soft as funny as that sounds. If you take a hard piece of rubber and run it over your hair nothing really ahppens but if it is soft rubber it will pull your hair out...Same thing was happening here. When they sent the new ones they would not stay on. They would chase the arrow for about 20 feet
