Default TREESTAND POI

being i never shot crossbow from treestand,is the poi same as if you were shooting off ground?

on my recurve bow,i always aim lower on buck because arrow will hit higher from up 15 ft vrsdead on the ground....

Sproul: Opinions vary on this, here's mine. I have two bear baits w/ ladder stands. Both are about 17 yds from base of tree, stands are 12' tall. Standing up, I'm guessing my bow is 6' [me] plus 12' [stand] or 6 yds. My 20 yd aim point is dead nuts on targets by bait. I don't personally believe this matters unless you are way high in tree and shooting way down hill, like in a gully or something.
