name me some nice crossbows under $500

I'm thinking of giving the crossbow a try and would like some feedback on what $500 will get me. It's going to be new and it's going to be less than $500 for the whole set up.

I've seen crossbows that cost well over $1,000 and that would be crazy for me to spend that much...when I don't even know if I'll like hunting with it.

give me some good ideas please!

last i heard bowhunter superstore still had the excalibur vixen for $319.00 , a great crossbow!!!

Just pick the one you want weather it be a 10 point-Excal-Horton or something else.....your buying it not us...

My fatherinlaw bought a brand new Ten Pt. crossbow that included scope, 3 arrow quiver, free hat, even a sling for $499. I don't remember that model. But they let him shoot it give him instructions before he bought it.
