Don't have a buckbuster but I have a classic haven't had it long enough to really know how it's going to hold up but seems to shoot ok for now.

I shoot a Parker and an Excalibur. Parker Terminator is my hunting bow. It simply works. Short, great trigger and well balanced. Also shoot the Excalibur Vortex. It's a good bow too. But if it comes to which one goes hunting first it's the Parker.

I shoot a 2006 Parker Terminator 150 and my brother-in-law shoots a 2006 Parker Safari Mag 150. Both seem to use the same limbs with his stock being for right handed shooters only while my stock is like a rifle stock and can be used by right or left handed shooters of which I happen to be left handed. He's using Parker carbons with 125 grain Muzzy's while I'm using Beman carbon with Crimson Talon Hyperspeeds 100 grains. My xbow shoots faster but only because my bolts are slightly lighter. We also like the fact that you do not lube their rail like on all the other xbows. I'm not sure how long this will hold up but Parker reps say it will. So neither one of use have any complaints with our Parkers at all. Plus, their customer service is second to none. If you email them you get a reply in the same day and if you call them you get a live person to talk to.

I really like the looks of the Excaliber xbows and I have shot one that belongs to a hunting buddy of mine.Their limbsare just too wide for me since I hunt 90% from a tree stand. It's hard enough to shoot around a tree trunk with my Parker and its short limbsand it's definitelyharder with the Excals. But they are very nice xbows and I'm not knocking their quality at all. They are accurate and shoot hard. They just won't work for my style of huntingso I didn't buy one.

well, I got the buck buster. Can't wait to launch a slick trick into a monster buck. Its very light and small with a light trigger. In my opinion its a much nicer bow than my titan tl-7.

I think you made a good choice. My brother-in-law especially thinks so, too. He bought a Titan TL-4 (and I think the 7 is just this years model)and we both shot it for one day.Neither of us liked it as it seemed to have a lot of vibration and "face shock" as he calls it. He then shot my Parker Terminator and loved it. He tookthe Titanback and the pro shop allowed him to exchange it for the Parker Safari Mag. He wanted a Terminator like mine but they didn't have any. Plus the Safari Mag sells for a few dollars more than my Terminator so I think he did alright in the bargain. While we were at the pro shop we watched them shoot the new Phantom by Ten Point and it is one blazing xbow. It also has one blazing price, too. And in hunting situations it won't do anything that your Buck-buster won't do except fly faster and make you walk farther to pick up your bolts.
