I am not from Georgia so maybe I should not post but I would think a CB would not be a good night tool. If you had a pin and peep sight you would not be able to use it at all. You would need to have some very expensive optics if you were to have a scope. And I don't think a flashlight would be good enough for a scope, not sure, could be wrong. The only thing I can hunt around here at night is coon and cant imagine myself using a CB, just would seem like the best choice. I would think if a person was really wanting to stick a pig with a arrow a recurve would be the best, no sights, no noise. You could shoot instinctively with open moon light or very little light from a source.

Well it is legal to night hunt for coons here but eveyone who does it uses a rimfire or small shotgun. You'd have to be a dufuss to use a crossbow! How would one find the arrow let alone see the hog at night?????? Yup you'd have to be short a few bricks to even try it.
