And what would be the purpose of these fine instruments? Just hunting, punching targets? Tree stand? How many shots will you be taking a month? Will this be a first bow? If you hunt with it what will you be shooting, Squirrels?

Well, if I had to choose between the three that you've mentioned I guess I would have to pick the Barnett. As long as you are not going to be an arrow junkie you'll be "ok" with any of the choices. don't forget that customer service is everything. That being said, I think you are limiting yourself. Why not Horton, Excalibur, Ten Points?
You will get a few opinions very soon! Good luck in your quest.

Very happy with my Horton Legend HD 175. Was hitting 2 1/2 inch groups today at 40 with spitfires.

Shoot a few first and get one that you like. As long as you stick with one of the names you should be OK. Also the more of this board that you read the better informed that you are and the better decision you are likely to make.

There r a few folks that shoot those Barnetts. I don't knowed much about them and never have shot one. They r fast but heavy, there r always pro's and con's. Thats why u should shoot every CB that has yer interest. Then u can decide which u like better. I like a good comfortable fit, a nice trigger pull alsoa stock that fits my size, so when i look at sights i don't have to go all over up and down to see! I was at sportsmans warehouse 2 days ago and tried out8 CB's from several makers. I liked the Ten pt. PRO FUSION and Hortons REALTREE HD 175, they fit me very well.[][:-]If i ever have my ship come in i just might get one of those two![]
