I found a exocet 200 this guy bought it new oct 02 says it has been shot 100 times comes with bolts stinger and cocker 300.00. is this a good deal ?i saw pics and it looks good i have never owned a cross bow. ky just opened a season this year . i thought it would be better to buy a higer end bow used than to buy a cheaper new one. let me know he is waiting on me.

you can get a brand new one a Phoenix on ebay for around 349 plus shipping,, and the Phoenix will work for hunting anything you would want to hunt..

That's cheap. Figure $20 for rope cocker, $10 for stringer, about $6.00 ea for GT carbons. If no quiver, check out Danny Millers over the top mounted one for about $35. He is the U.S. rep for Excal at 740-483-2312.
He will give you lots of great info for free while talking w/ you. He also invented and sells a pair of arrow pulling pliers for $11 that are great for those arrows that go in to the vanes. Good luck!
