hi i currently shoot a horton legend xl 175 and i have these big 2 inch cut broadheads they are rocket hammerheads would they be a good choice for whitetails or should i get some diffrent ones iam conserned about the penetration since they cut such a big hole?

With a heavy arrow and a helical fletch they are all right. with out the heavy arrow not much penatration, without the helical fetch they windplaned on me.I shoot 185# at 310 fps. Lee
2 inches seems prestty big. I would down grade to a smaller mechanical. It is more than enough to kill good and it won't catch as much wind. I like the wasp jack hammer SST's or Nap spitfires.
