vintage tent
I was just given a canvass tent, no poles. Person had no idea what kind it is, etc.
It is a Camel brand, possibly cabin style tent. It doesn;t have the loops on the sides where poles come across the front and back. The loops, five each, are at the top front and back. There are two ties that appear to be used on upright poles that connect to a down turning bend on each side, front and rear. Canvass is in excellent condition. Also has a vestibule with awning.
There are on ebay several Camel made canvass tents, but each has side poles, crossing to front and back, not front and rear poles, Hoping someone can provide picture of what this tent is. Company no longer exists in the form it was back in the day.
Hope someone can help! Thanks in advance.
