Default BBQ Beef Brisket

Has anyone ever made one on a gas or charcoal grill without smoking, and if so please post reciepe? If not then I'l have to do it in the smoker.

What? no Texas guys out there ever use a mop? Thought you'd be the ones Bbqing.
