Default Thanks for the brine cure ham recipes

I dont remember who all posted on my salt cure ham topic, but I tried the recipes and smoked a couple of hams the other day, and they came out great. Thanks agian.

Sorry for not remembering who all posted, I tried to look it up agian, but couldnt find it. But thanks all the same.

Burnie, my wife's family do it in NC and it is so good in
the morning with fried eggs and grit's. With alittle home
made Black Berry jam and home made Biscuits.....
