for frying ; I use garlic powder ; lowyers seasoning ; cavanughs ; tenerizer.put on meat,place into ziplock bag,pour two or three tablespoons of Zesty Italian sadlide dressing and place in fridge overnite. works great for frying and on the grill.

Kirby's Mojo,marinade! Publix or Winn-Dixie.
Venison
Pork
Chicken
Beef

Even Fish!

To tenderize it....Place it in Zip-Lock with Sprite or Seven-Up over night.

To marinate it....Place it in large Zip-Lock with some Kirby's over night.

This is more of an Island thing!

thousand Island dressing 1cup
hickory bbq sause 1/2 cup
soy sauce 1/4



and


beer/white wine or blush (either works great), butt load of garlic, oil, black pepper, and salt
season accourding to your prefference.

Try this


1/2 cup Worctershire sauce
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Peanut oil
1 TB Lime juice
1/4 TSP Ginger
1/2 TSP Garlic powder

Put in a covered container or zip lock bag and marinade up to 24 hrs.
