Default Good Recipe

Take some back strap and put it in Buttermilk for 15 to 20 minutes. Take some flour put it in a bowl and get some Season All. Put enough Season All in the Flour that you can see the Season All in it,the flour should have a orange tint to it. Put your pepper in and a little bit of salt. Pick you meat out of the Buttermilk and let some of it drain off while in your hand ,then roll it in the flour. I fry mine in a Electric Skillett and its very good. You can chunk wild Turkey up and do it the same way. I make my chunks about a inch and a half by a inch and a half. I deep fry this outside in my big fish cooker. It don't take long and its moist and tender. Oil Temp. between 325 and 350.
