Default Jerky shooter

I've just bought one of them Jerky Cannon's and I've got all the attachments for making slim jims, jerky, breakfast links, sausages, etc..

I've got plenty of pork sausage and beef burger, does anyone have any suggestions on how to use the pork sausage and deer burger to make the links and deer sausage?

Also, I'll probably mix the beef burger with the deer burger for my jerky, just so it won't crumble. Any suggestions on this??

Default RE: Jerky shooter

I use straight deer jerkey with seasoning in my jerkey shooter.
It works fine. I also use a dehydrator.
