I volunteered for the task of cooking a turkey for christmas day for my family however ive never cooked a turkey before. I plan to cook it in the oven because I dont have a smoker or fryer and id just like something that isant to terribly difficult, im a pretty good cook so it should be ok, but Ive got a injector so id like to inject something into it but anything ya`ll think I might like please feel free to share. Well make your stuffing, ie: breakfast sausage,onion.celery. And before you add the bread cubes, Use the juices or fat that is left in the pan. Remember the turkey juices add to the stuffing flavor and the steaming stuffing absorbs into the turkey adding flavor to it , so they must be compatiable.
