Default SPICED WHISKY

was wicked bored this weekend, had a spare bottle of whisky sittin on my shelf, so i got to thinkin, if capt morgain makes spiced rum, why can't pauly make spiced whisky, i;m an educated guy in the art of flavor i;m daring and willing to break outta the box. if it tastes good i;ll share the mojo...

so i think it;ll taste good, smells good, gonna let it sit for about 4-6 weeks, i'll let ya know how it comes out....

i'll let out a lil secret... vanilla beans, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and mustardseed

nutmeg is one of those things you use in a scale smaller than when you measure gunpowder

Spice in whiskey? I'd try it first on a small of cheap stuff. You wouldn't want to sin and ruin a good bottle.
