Default Best Squirrel I ever had.

I made some beer battered squirrel the other night and man it was awsome. Take 1 and a half cups of flower mix in 2 eggs and one can or bottel of any kind of beer. Then deep fry it.

Dearslayer357,

Try this: On our deer camps we always do a little squirrel hunting and if we don't fry them or make a stew out of them we bake them. Place a squirrel or two on aluminum foil, add some onions and carrots or anything you want, margarine, salt and pepper. Wrap tight, then cut a small slit, then place on a camp grill at the camp fire or charcoal grill, will take about an hour. This is for one person.
