depends on the squrrel ; if it is a young bunch.then season flour and fry till golden. make gravey and enjoy.

if they are old, season, flourer then and put in skillet and brown on all sides, then put them into prusser cooker till tender, then make a graver over them and enjoy.[8D][8D]

Every thing Tree said........cept I like to add sesame seeds to the flour mixture, kinda gives it just a little crunchiness.

This is how I make em. Roll em in flour then pan fry em till there golden, then put em in a bakin dish with a wee litle bit of water so if dont dry out, then sprinkel poultry seasoning on it. Put them in the oven at 250 for 2 to 3 hours. Or I make a squirrel pot pie just like a regualr one but with squirrel meat i have had in the crock pot all night.
