Default Pickled Fish.

Who has a good recipe for pickled fish. I have quite a few Northern and crappie. I would like to pickle some with onions and peppers. Thanks.

Dont forget the eyeballs,Down in South Texas I seen pickled fish eyes next to the pickled goats eyeballs in a mexican deli. They had peppers, onions,in vinegar and olive oil. You could buy a eyeball in the taverns down there in the brush country to put in your beer.
