Default My Freezer

Right now my freezer has about 150 lbs of moose burger, 100 lbs of moose steaks and roast, 120 lbs of halibut, 80 lbs of salmon and about 90 lbs of caribou. This is cool, we will eat the rest of the year strictly on my hunting and fishing during the seasons. I may try to add a few grouse and maybe a blacktailed deer or two before its over.

The winter is coming, days are getting shorter. We had our first snow this weekend. Time to sit back and enjoy.

Wow, all I have is a mixed bag of duck, goose and pheasant. There is a nice open area in my freezer that will hopefully be filled after this weekend with some venison.
