Venison Meat Roll
Tried this receipe the other day and really enjoyed it! Thought I would share it with you folks.
2lbs of venison burger
1/2 cup of soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup of milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
Provolone cheese, 6 thin slices
3 tablespoons minced parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
Ham, 6 thin slices
Pat out meat mixture 1 inch think. Place 6 thin slices of ham on 6 thin slices of provolone cheese on layer. Roll like a jelly roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
It's a simple receipe, but that is my level of cooking... Hope you enjoy it as well as I did!
