Default Anyone have any liver recipes?

I know some frying but what about baking.

never had it baked,always season,flour lightly,pan fry till about 1/2 done add about 2 large onions and finish cooking till done.add flour and make a brown gravy and EAT,EAT ,EAT.[8D]

Here is one that I love...always used it for Chicken livers and tried it on Deer liver....excellent!!

Slice liver in to 1x2 strips, then marinade in a mixture of soy sauce and teryaki for ummmm....I usually marinate overnite. When ready to cook take some of your best bacon cut in two, or thirds as I do. Roll the liver up, wrap the bacon around it and secure with a toothpic. Bake at around 400 for 15, 20 minutes. Or broil for 3-5 minutes on each side. It is my Deer liver version of Ramaki and it is Wonderful.......
