get yer grill good and hot use some hickery chunks for flavor get your best hot sauce or bbq sauce marrinate overnight in sauce place on the grill cook till done yummy better than chicken

That does sound good... If I'm not mistaken chicken wings have skin. Will the lack of skin on the squirrel legs dry them out quickly? Guess the best way to combat that is keep applying marinade?
