I nuked a potato for a couple of minutes to soften then cubed and sprinkled with season salt. browned cubes in olive/or peanut oil. sauteed about 1/2 cup sliced walla walla onion and pressed 1 clove fresh garlic. then crumbled about a hamburger patty worth of elk burger and browned.
OMG! great stuff. Wish morels were up. they would have made it impossible.
I have to stop coming here when I'm hungry! I always end up wanting to try all the recipes
