Cougar/Mountain Lion Meat Eaters?
I saw a recipe for cougar steaks on the net and never thought about it. Have you or have you ever heard of anyone trying it?

I personally have never eaten cougar, but can't wait to try it. My neighbor has, and he swears it's really good!

Lion is reputed to be nothing short of EXCELLENT. I know from actual accounts that the pioneers considered it a delicacy.

Neither one holds a candle to fried Snail Darter ,
and Desert Pupfish will make you weep with joy if you don't overcook it .

I never thought of eating cat. I realize dog is a delicasy in most countries. I wonder if an alley cat tastes the same, only smaller? Hmm....So many cats, so few recipes.
