Default Pita Pizza

Maybe this isn't new but I Just discovered a great tasting homemade pizza.

I take a pocketless pita bread (not the one's with the pocket) put it in a cast iron frying pan, put on some sauce, oregano, grated mozzerella, and what ever else,(mushrooms, sausage etc.) then bake in a preheated 425 degree oven till bubbly. And presto, crunchy thin crust pizza , ready in less than 20 min from start to finish. What snack for tv or reading the message board. Just thought I'd share. They also make for perfect size personal pizzas for parties or dinner for the kids. Adults may require more than one.

That's because you're getting old and have to gum it.[8D]
