Default Wild turkey

I've cooked turkey several ways. I think my favorite way is to fillet the breasts off a bird, cut them into chunks, dip in egg, roll in "seasoned" flour and deep fry.

I've also tried them stuffed, injected and baked. They're good in stir-fry, etc.

Any other good recipes?

I like to make a pot-pie out of the breasts. Dice them up, brown them and cook with mushrooms, carrots, celery, onions....make a gravy and put Pillsbury grands biscuts over top and bake....good stuff.

I drink a little everynight. I like it with Coke. My wife likes it with Ginger Ale. Oh! I'm off subject I guess. LOL. Good Luck. Capt Brad.

I am convinced beyond doubt that this is the ONLY way to eat a turkey!
Do it just like the site says and you'll never rid yourself of your guests.

Good luck brother.

Loc...You hit the nail on the head. When it comes to frying turkey...keep em small. If I do fry a big gobbler, I'll cut the breasts up into smaller chunks. Wild turkey sure gets tough when it's overcooked.
