Default Elk Steak Marinades

I am looking for some new ways of marinating elk steaks. Anybody have any good ones?

olive oil, worstechire sauce, teriyaki, garlic powder, chili powder, season salt, little bit of vinegar.

you want the most of olive oil and teriyaki. add the rest in as much as you desire.

I just use Teriyaki and Garlic salt. Overnight in the frig.

I use Montreal steak spice BBQ sause and some whoester sause. hmmmm I can taste the staeks now!!.yum yum....what time is dinner??

I use a ziplock bag ; put lowyers season salt , garlic powder, cavanughs , put in bag and pour anout 1/4 to 1/2 cup of zesty Italyan salad dressing in bag and let sit overnight.
does a great job on any wild game,pork,venison and I would think elk(never had any).

Ron thanks alot for that idea.....i did some elk rib steaks up in that tonight and they were great.....i plan on using a few of thsese other ideas this week also,,should be good eatin'
