R&V works cajun fryer
Just picked this up on Craigslist, guy got it as a gift and was selling it brand new for $250 so I couldn't pass it up.....anybody else have one of these? Ive always heard they work great
Well, no responses so let me add to it
What do you use to fry food for groups? Fish fry's etc.?
Ive been using the old turkey fryer topped with a cast iron dutch oven for years.

I have the bayou classic fryer that is exactly like yours. Mine has two baskets and holds 4 gallons of grease. Holds the heat great while cooking. I’m extremely happy with it! Fried catfish and shrimp for 15 people last night. They couldn’t keep up eating as fast as the fryer was cooking.
