My family had a very successful mule deer season this past month. I am excited to start preparing and testing some new venison recipes, but I thought I would get on here and share one of my old favorite: Venison Steaks Topped with Gorgonzola Cheese. This is a really quick and easy recipe. Thank you so much for posting those recipes. I love to hunt and cook. For me, it's like a sacred ritual to harvest a deer,and honor it with a great recipe. The recipes sound great, can't wait to try them.
