http://s16.postimg.org/6f2spb9ut/cannedvenstew.jpg I like canning pure venison it makes it's own water, I follow the pressure canner directions and just pack it tight and add a beef bouillon cube, one jalapeno. I also like to can venison stew, even though vegetables cook quicker, you have to follow the pressure and time for the meat which takes longer.
