Default Italian Venison

EASY but the best technique for tenderizing any venison cut of meat.

Put roast in crock pot.

Put a jar of Heinz homestyle gravy 12 ounce in crock pot

Add one pack of dey Italian Dressing mix

Add one jar of Greek Peppers...if you want it milder use Banana Peppers I pefer teh banana peppers

falls apart ..great on rolls.

Good deal...we aren't to fond of the Greek peppers...little too hot..We mostly use the banana peppers..much milder..so we buy 6 jars at a time..
