Get your hands on an Amish or Mennonite cookbook , they seldom cook in batches of less than 20 servings , and the food is great .

cruiser, when we need a really big meal for a group we use our turkey fryer and make a giant steam pot of meat/vegtables. you can use any thing from hunks of any kind of meat to keilbasa or even shrimp then throw in any type of vegtables you like. we use, cabbage, potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, hunks of corn on the cob, onions--just whatever you like. it makes a big meal, fairly fast and with bread and plenty of butter that`s all you need. --you just need to remember to place your food in the proper layers acording to cooking time so as certain things aren`t over cooked.

you may also try some really big pots of stew or soups or even beans. or a really big roast with some vegtables.

our freinds do this one skillet breakfast from already bought and prepared chicken breast strips, shredded hash brown potatoes and bacon. fry the bacon before hand then crumble into the skillet of potatoes and chicken. when it`s done we make some scambled eggs to top it off and add some cheese and salsa. we all enjoy this and sometimes have it for dinner as well.

also you can make ahead and can pretty easily can soups, beans ect. that you can open heat and enjoy in short time when you are there.

just some stuff we like to do. thanks, annie.

Try a supper meal
5 lbs of fried hambuger and 5 tins of pork and baens mixed together as well as 5 boxs of kraft dinner, simple and filling.

5 lbs of fried hambuger
3 heads of boiled cabbage cut into 1-2 inch squares
4 tins of tomato soup mix all together and you have lazy mans cababage roll
plus enough gas to heat the tent all night long..........

Dinner, Cook gumbo. dirty rice, and several onion pies. OR how about Chinese?

Breakfast Egg, potatos diced, sausage, Hot sauce cheese, and those flat spanish things I cant spell. LOL Juice, Coffee

Lunch, HoBo dinners. Foil heavy duty, potatos, carrots, onions, peppers, spices, chicken or steak, or just hamburger. Let them choose what they want on it and then fold the foil tightly around it. Oh you need a good bed of coals no fire. About 15 to 20 min on each side. Take off carefully so not to tear foil. HOT. While this is going on you could be making some onion pies or a dump cobler.
