Just gotta say something about these cooking units. They are so simple and easy to use, cook in, clean, etc. and the food comes out awesome every time. I have used mine on an open fire, gas grill and large propane burner and each worked flawlessly. many I have talk to about them and cooked for were skeptics at first but were instantly won over when eating the feast. My dad even bought one for himself. As good as the food is, I think the thing I like best is the simplicity and super easy clean up. One hint: for 2 people (up to 4)the smaller unit is plenty big. Well worth the money for and outdoorsmen.
