Default Smoke jerky

Smoked up a batch of venison jerky, I soak it in soy sauce for 2 days in fridge, then sprinkle some Garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper or what ever on. I always put a few of the to thick ones by the hot end, we cook and eat them as thin rare steaks. The rest is slow smoked jerk. The kids down it like candy .[IMG]

Oh my goodness, that jerky looks good. I really want to make my own jerky now! Whenever I am at a gas station and I see homemade jerky, I just have to buy some, but it's expensive. Now I can make my own.

Thanks, however be ready for it to disappear pretty quick, especially if you have kids lol. That batch is long gone.
