" After Your Deer is Down" by Josef Fischl and Leonard Lee Rue III
by Winchester Press 1421 South Sheridan Road , po box 1260, Tulsa,Oklahoma 74101 my copyright is 1981 Its such an informative book I' m sure it went into more additions and copyrights.

A great Book,Step by step pictures, on Skinning, Butchering, Wrapping and Recipes in the back, Gives you two alternatives for skinning and for butchering. Thats how I learned. Easy as 1,2,3.`The price on the book then said 12.95
