Default Turkey Recipe

I took my first wild turkey last weekend. Not really knowing what I wanted to do with the bird (but not wanting to waste anything by just breasting it out) we just skinned it. It is in the freezer now, whole, but I wish I would have cut it up a bit before I froze it. Anyway, what are the best recipes for skinned wild turkey? I am open to baking, smoking, grilling etc. Thanks in advance for your help!

My wife slices the breast, rolls it in flour, salt and pepper, and fries it. Served with biscuits and gravy and mashed potatoes, it's hard to beat. So as not to waste the legs, wings and thighs, I let them simmer in boiling water for a couple hours, then pick the meat off when they cool. I throw it in chile or stew.
