if ya like duck sausage...duck and get you sum....
seriously, its like makin turkey jerky. google recipes...alot of good ones. i like the ones that like lemon juice..gives it a twang. my cousins-in-law make it all the time. its like pringles..once you pop, you cant stop.

Waterfowl makes for very good jerky if your preparation was successful.

I've heard it's amazing, but have yet to try it. didn't get to duck hunt at all last year

I make goose jerky. I use Allegro to marinade it in. It taste like deer jerky a little bit but is not a tough. I would think duck would be close to the same.

Haven't tried ducks but goose jerky is excellent! My favorite way to eat goose.
