salt and pepper to taste wrap each steak with 2-3 strips of bacon heat up the grill cook until bacon is done flip steaks over and cook until bacon is done on that side sit back and enjoy. You may want alot of napkins to catch the drool. Moose is awesome!!!! Good luck.

Take your favorite spices and use them like you would on any steak to bbq. Moose has a very unique taste. Some like some don' t. To me it' s okay bbqing it makes it a little better. Let us know what your thoughts are and good eating

Remember that with cooking any meat product you should only flip it once... Never use a fork to flip the meat . using a fork will peferate the meat letting out the juice and will cause the meat to become tough....If you do not like the wild tast of the meat soak it in tomato juice the night before you cook it ...you will not tast the tomato juice after it is cooked... GOOD EATING[8D]

never tried Moose,but as with any wild game,the longer you cook it the tougher it gets.

Wow down here in the south east you only get Moose once in a blue moon. It makes the best jerky on the planet! Congrats on having some to enjoy!
