Default We had back strap today..

I only share 5 star recipes..this is not a 5 star but very tasty and very healthy,,,still working on the tenderizing part..this wasn't the entire batch..only one serving..{ -;

You had to tenderize backstrap? And.... am I missing something, I dont see a recipe.

But these buttermilk batter crappie we had the other day..they are 5 star..{ -;
