Default just wanted to share...

I've been taking a can on Campbell's chunky this-n-that soup to work everyday for the last two weeks and just couldn't stand the idea of eating it again tomorrow. I thawed out a pack of venison steaks and sliced them into thin strips. I did the same with an onion and a green bell pepper. I tossed them in a skillet with a little hot oil and let them sizzle away. When the meat browned, I tossed in a tub of mushrooms and a can of diced tomatoes. 30 minutes of simmering later, I just did a taste test of some mighty good tastin deer! I will eat like a king for lunch tomorrow. Give it a try!
