Default What do you have for squirrel recipes?

Since I've filled my deer tag for the time being, I'm going to go zap some squirrels. What do you guys have for good recipes?

One of my favorites is to cut it all up. Then put it in a bowl with italian dressing and what ever other seasonings you want. Then stick it in the oven. Good flavor and usually comes out nice and tender.

Another way is to boil it till its tender, bread in flour and seasonings and fry it in grease till the breading is crispy.

I pressure cook mine until tender, then fry in a bit of bacon grease/veg oil with flour and seasoned salt. The secret is to make gravy and serve it with black eyed peas or butter beans! yum yum

It's tedious, but if you cut the meat off the bones you can tenderize it with a meat hammer and make squirrel nuggets.
