Default Venison bacon is done !

Made a 25# batch of venison bacon. Taste like a cross between lean bacon and a smoked pork chop. Taste very good. Something else to make other than summer sausage.



12 # pork and 13# deer.....




Through the grinder....



Seasoning from Curley's Kitchen.....




Into the pans...with wax paper in the bottom.



Out of the smoker.....


Half vacuum sealed and ready for the freezer....




Cook in a pan or on the grill or eat it cold.....it's all good.
