Default What I do with Venison Tenderloin leftovers

This is what I had the other night ummmmm um!

I am a big believer in planning ahead so I always have a plan for leftovers if I can. Grilled an extra ear of corn ans sliced the tenderloin about penny thickness.

Heat up re-fried beans
Chop a good ripe tomato (add last to pan to keep from being too soft)

Add Venison and Corn to pan. Add hot sauce and this time I kept some grilled bacon that was used to wrap the Tenderloins on the grill. (Wife tossed out my extra grilled jalapenos!!!)

Saute to warm up everything

Lay a small spread of re-fried beans and cheese down
Add pan Mixture

Wrap and Brown

Better than our local Mexican place and under 30 min!!!

Good eats! How can anyone voluntarily be a vegetarian?

Because they're really lousy hunters!

That's looks great, but I have a problem with that. No matter how much deer I grill, there aren't ever any leftovers
